About Emma's Clean Kitchen

Learn about Emma Chen and her mission to make healthy eating simple and accessible for busy families

Hi, I’m Emma!

I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist, busy mom of two, and founder of Emma’s Clean Kitchen. If you’re here, you probably feel the same way I did a few years ago: you want to feed your family healthy, nourishing food, but you don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen.

My Story

After graduating with my nutrition degree and working with clients for several years, I noticed a pattern. People didn’t need more complicated meal plans or exotic superfoods - they needed simple, practical recipes that fit into their real lives. When I had my own kids, this became even more clear. I was a nutrition expert, and even I struggled to get healthy meals on the table every night!

That’s when I started Emma’s Clean Kitchen. This isn’t about perfect eating or following strict rules. It’s about making healthy choices easier, more affordable, and way less stressful.

My Philosophy

Whole foods, minimal processing, maximum nutrition. I believe in:

  • Real Ingredients: If you can’t pronounce it, we probably don’t use it
  • Simple Cooking: Most recipes take 30 minutes or less
  • Family-Friendly: Food the whole family will actually eat
  • Practical Nutrition: Science-backed, but explained in plain English
  • Budget-Conscious: Healthy eating shouldn’t break the bank
